for autoclaves of AH-1200 series

In horizontal autoclaves AH-1200 it is possible to perform sterilisation (pasteurization) of products (incl. food) in any package.

1. We sterilize canned food in rigid and semi-rigid packaging (tires, glass tanks, lamister packaging) in baskets made of stainless steel with two doors, allowing two operators to load the jars at the same time. Baskets are installed on a roller table of a universal transport trolley, which is also made of stainless steel.

Preserves are laid in rows through perforated gaskets made of high-temperature plastic.

2. For products in soft retort packaging (Doy Pack bags, vacuum retort bags, heat-resistant trays) we make guide stainless steel containers into which we insert perforated stainless steel baskets. The height of the basket depends on the size of the bottom of the package. These baskets are filled with products packed in soft containers. This design allows you to mechanize the process of loading (unloading) packages into baskets.
