JSC Dairy Plant «Stavropolsky» - one of the leading food enterprises of Stavropol Krai and the South of Russia. Recently the enterprise is seriously focused on release of import-substituting products. At the moment at plant more than 20 candidates of science work.
During commissioning (at start of the autoclave AH-1200T/2) which was made by our service engineer Andrey Kusakin together with scientists of plant, for the first time in Russia the new product - PROTEIN COCKTAIL «ACTIVE MILK» is created.
Cocktail has an optimum single portion of protein at the minimum quantity of fat and also is enriched with vitamin D and calcium. At the heart of flavoring filler natural substitute of sugar «Stevia» is used.
Excellent results of testing of «ACTIVE MILK» are confirmed by serious scientists and specialists of the industry. This product provides the balanced food for the people leading active lifestyle, for athletes.
